You may cancel within 14 days of receiving your order under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.
- Items must be unused and in original condition and packaging.
- Email us to start a return; we’ll provide the return address.
- Return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived faulty or incorrect.
- Refunds go to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the item.
- For hygiene reasons, used mouthpieces/bowls can’t be returned unless faulty.
Damaged on arrival? Send a photo within 48 hours and we’ll replace or refund — no return needed for breakages.
