Orders ship tracked. UK delivery typically takes 7–21 working days. You’ll get a tracking link once your order is on its way.
Do I pay anything extra on delivery?
No — the price at checkout is the final price, including any applicable UK taxes.

Yes. Everything ships in plain, unbranded packaging.
How old do I need to be to order?
18 or over. Age is confirmed on entry and at checkout, and we may request ID before dispatch.
What are the products made from?
Cast acrylic — shatter-resistant, light and durable; the colour runs through the material so it won’t scratch off. A metal bowl is included.
Can I return an item?
Yes — within 14 days, unused and in original condition. Faulty or damaged on arrival? Send a photo within 48 hours and we’ll sort it.

Are acrylic bongs safe to use?
Acrylic is a common, durable material for water pipes. As with any bong, use cold or warm — never boiling — water, clean it regularly, and avoid harsh solvents that can damage acrylic. KIICK AS pieces are made from cast acrylic and designed by KIICK AS LIFESTYLE.
Are bongs legal to buy in the UK?
Yes. In the UK it’s legal to buy and sell bongs and water pipes, sold as smoking accessories for use with tobacco and legal herbal products. You must be 18 or over to purchase.
What size acrylic bong should I get?
A compact-to-medium bong (around 20–30cm) is easiest for beginners — less draw needed, simpler to handle and store. Taller bongs hold more water for cooler, smoother hits but need a bigger pull.
Acrylic or glass bong — which is better?
Acrylic is lighter, far harder to break, and cheaper, so it’s the best-value, everyday option. Glass gives the cleanest flavour but is fragile and costs more. A well-made acrylic bong keeps any plasticky note to a minimum.
How do I clean an acrylic bong?
Empty the water and rinse with warm (not hot) water and a little mild washing-up liquid. For residue, add coarse salt and shake gently, then rinse well. Avoid very hot water and harsh solvents, which can cloud or warp acrylic.
